Hundvänlig och effektiv

Den citronelladoftande sprayen är framtagen för att användas tillsammans med vårt Citronella antiskällhalsband. Den fungerar som en mild störning för att minska oönskat skällande, helt utan aggressiva kemikalier eller farliga ämnen.

Enkel att ersätta

Påfyllningen tar bara några sekunder. Stäng av halsbandet, placera sprayflaskan upp och ner i påfyllningsventilen och tryck stadigt i ca 15 sekunder.

Hög kapacitet

Varje flaska räcker till 300–400 sprayningar, vilket gör den perfekt för längre träningsperioder och regelbunden användning.

Användarmanual

  1. Stäng av antiskällhalsbandet.

  2. Placera sprayflaskan upp och ner i påfyllningsporten.

  3. Tryck ner flaskan i ca 15 sekunder.

  4. Starta halsbandet igen och testa funktionen.

  • Förvara sprayen svalt och borta från direkt solljus.

When will my order be shipped?

Normally, orders are shipped within 1-2 days. For products with express delivery, they are usually sent the same day if you order before 12:00.

How long is the delivery?

The delivery time for your order depends on the product and where it is shipped from:

  • Fast delivery products : Products marked "1–2 business days" on their product page are shipped from our warehouse in Gothenburg and are usually delivered within 1–2 business days.
  • Larger products (e.g. scratching posts, litter boxes and adjustable dog ramps) : These are shipped from our warehouses in Germany or Spain and have a delivery time of approximately 5 working days.
  • Made-to-order items : Some products are shipped directly from the supplier and delivered within 6–12 business days, depending on destination and demand.

What are the shipping costs?

We always offer free shipping on all orders. If you would like faster delivery in 1-2 business days, you can choose this option for only 29 SEK or 39 SEK, depending on which delivery method you choose. Please note that the express delivery option only applies to our express delivery items .

How is my order delivered?

The delivery of your order depends on the size, weight of the product and the delivery option you choose at checkout. Here is an overview of our delivery options:

  • Express delivery items : Products marked with "1-2 business days" on their product page are our express delivery items . These are shipped from our Swedish warehouse and give you the option of home delivery or delivery to your nearest PostNord representative.
  • Small packages (under 2 kg) : Usually delivered directly to your mailbox or outside your door with PostNord, Earlybird or CityMail.
  • Large packages (over 2 kg) : For example, scratching posts and litter boxes are usually delivered with DHL or PostNord to the nearest agent.

Can I change the size if it doesn't fit?

I have canceled my order, what do I do?

To ensure that your order has not been shipped, please contact us within one hour of placing your order. If we do not hear from you within that time, there is a high chance that your order has already been shipped, which may complicate the process.

Contact us either by email at info@djurslottet.se or through our web chat. To speed up the process, please include your order number in the message. We will be happy to help you!

Where is my order shipped from?

Depending on the product, your order will be shipped from different warehouses. Most products are shipped from our Swedish warehouse with a delivery time of 1-2 days. For larger packages, they are usually shipped from our warehouse in Germany or Spain with a delivery time of approximately 5 days. The remaining products are delivered directly from our supplier with a delivery time of between 6 and 12 working days. This way, we can ensure that you get a wide range and that we meet your needs with products of the highest quality, while offering competitive prices.
