Skip, schedule, edit or cancel deliveries at any time, based on your needs. Your subscription starts from the month you start subscribing, meaning you will receive your product for the same month period you started your subscription in.
When you cancel your subscription, it will end immediately, meaning you will not be charged again. If you cancel your subscription after you have paid for that month, your subscription will continue for the entire month you have paid for and will end before the first day of the following month.

Köpte en mysterybox förr ca 250kr och hade förväntat mig någon slags leksak till min hund men får en liten brun hunddyna av något slag. Blev såklart besviken MEN som sagt förväntningarna jag hade var kanske för högt satta.. Kommer ju inte köpa någon mer mysterybox iaf 🤪

Depending on the product, your order will be shipped from different warehouses. Most products are shipped from our Swedish warehouse with a delivery time of 1-2 days. For larger packages, they are usually shipped from our warehouse in Germany or Spain with a delivery time of approximately 5 days. The remaining products are shipped directly from our supplier in China with a delivery time of between 6 and 12 working days. This way, we can ensure that you receive a wide range and that we meet your needs with products of the highest quality, while offering competitive prices.
