Please note that IATA (International Air Transport Association) does not certify carrier bags . IATA only provides guidelines for pet transportation, but it is up to each airline to decide on dimensions and requirements.
The bag has a stable bottom but a flexible top, which means it can be adjusted to fit under the seat of an airplane, even if the dimensions are slightly larger than the airline's official maximum limit. Several customers have confirmed that the medium size was approved by Norwegian for this very reason.

Depending on the product, your order will be shipped from different warehouses. Most products are shipped from our Swedish warehouse with a delivery time of 1-2 days. For larger packages, they are usually shipped from our warehouse in Germany or Spain with a delivery time of approximately 5 days. The remaining products are delivered directly from our supplier with a delivery time of between 6 and 12 working days. This way, we can ensure that you get a wide range and that we meet your needs with products of the highest quality, while offering competitive prices.
