Activating the toy

1. Open the ball by turning the two halves counterclockwise.
2. Press and hold the start button for 3 seconds until the light comes on.
3. Close the ball by turning the halves clockwise until it is securely locked.

Interactive mode selection

• Blue light (Normal mode): The ball moves and jumps actively – perfect for energetic dogs.
• Green light (Passive mode): The ball rolls slowly and bounces when touched – for calmer dogs.
• Pink light (Mild mode): Gentle movement without jumping – ideal for shy or older dogs.

To change mode, open the ball, press the button until the desired color appears, then close the ball again.

Charging the ball

1. Open the ball and connect the included USB-C cable to the charging port.
2. The charging time is approximately 50 minutes , which provides up to 3.5 hours of play .

Cleaning and maintenance

• Make sure the ball is properly closed before cleaning.
• Rinse the outer surface with water and wipe it dry if necessary.
• The toy has IPX7 water resistance , which means it can be rinsed off but should not be left under water for too long.

Automatic sleep mode

To prevent overexertion, the ball turns itself off after 10 minutes of play and goes into sleep mode. It will reactivate after 30 minutes or if your dog touches it.
